Yes that extra... vinegars, ferments , wines, & citrus liquids. Lemon, lime, etc. There's hundreds of vinegar types of ferments or oil with vinegar etc. We would call most salad dressings, oil dressings, vinegar ferments with mothers. But we do need citrus & also berry fiber fruit juices, so in cans, Jars, juices, fluids as added seasonings. So important. We keep a assortment of usa midwest wines from burgundy grapes, to pinot noir, grapes & citrus keeps so many people healthy. If you are worried about getting tipsy. Limit to a shot glass any type. Also hard liquors & ales have beneficial effects. But best quality and keep them chilled, and tiny amounts added to a cocktail, sangria, or tiny tipsy glass. Often we notice benefits with just a few ounces. Chocolates, nuts, nut butters are also a staple in usa. Snacking, as a sandwich meal, or additive to a sweet. Keep cocao, cocos, teas, coffee. Such a healthy perk for brain health.. but usa & canada since the world wars has always kept bulk amounts. Especially near winter and they are so harsh. Not like anyone has time to daily shop anymore. So we stop for fresh every week. And pull from those totes of food stored a few times a year. We never know when a church needs donation or sends us someone to care for a few weeks, months. Care is planning. Poland was told weeks before of Ukraine war starting and they bulked those storage areas because Christian charity starts with planning. If we are given a warning heed it. If not please don't be adding to the grabzies and wild shoppers in a storm, or event. It's up to all of us to diligently prepare and then move on any Un needed staples to caring hands. Find your purpose it may be to help in tiny ways. God will send them. You will find them.

Interesting! V-8 is tomato juice with veggies here. We get points at Kroger toward gas (petrol) which is wonderful since I drive over an hour each way to work, 4 days per week (1 at work from home day).

The difference between sales and regular prices is huge. I take advantage of the sales of them as often as I can. I don't like buying things without a sale.❤
